CLT airport is right outside the heart of downtown Charlotte, and a 45 minute drive from our wedding venue in Concord. Let us know if you need a pick up and we will do our best to come collect you!

This is our Concord hotel option, a 20 minute drive from the venue. We have a block of rooms reserved for January 4-January 7. Hampton Inn & Suites at Phillips Place

This is our Charlotte proper hotel option if you'd like to have yourself a little weekend! It is a 50 minute drive from the venue. We have a block of rooms reserved for January 4-January 7. We will have a passenger bus arriving at this hotel at 2:30pm to pick up guests for the wedding. (A huge pro to the Phillips Place Hampton Inn and Suites is that they offers a free shuttle that takes guests anywhere within a 3 mile radius. There is a plethora of shopping, restaurants, a Harris Teeter, and a Whole Foods within that mileage).

A second option in the Southpark/Charlotte area, a quick 5 minute drive from the Phillips Place hotel where the bus will be doing pickup and drop off to and from the venue on wedding day!
