Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We're requesting an unplugged ceremony so we can all be in the moment together. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer who will capture everything, and we promise to share the photos/videos with you! We would love to take photos with you at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For those who do not wish to drive to and from our wedding venue at Hotel Concord, we will be providing a passenger bus to and from the Phillips Place Hampton Inn in Charlotte, but not from the Concord location. The Concord location is a quick Uber away! The bus will be picking guests up at the Phillips Place hotel before the ceremony at 2:30, and taking guests back at both 7:30 when dancing begins, and also at 9:30 after our send off.

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking garage right across the street from The Hotel Concord. The parking garage address is 28 Cabarrus Ave W.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Gowns, tuxes, suits, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses... wear whatever makes you feel wonderful!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we would love to have your children present at our wedding, we respectfully ask that you only bring guests that are listed on your invitation.
