Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Jackie Zupsic and Karl Lind
Named “Best Small City in the World” for multiple years by Conde Nast, San Miguel de Allende is a charming and picturesque city set in the central highlands of Guanajuato, Mexico. Cobblestone streets, brightly colored Spanish-colonial buildings and remarkable architecture make this magical city a place to remember. With its unique markets and a thriving arts and culinary scene, San Miguel is a bucket list destination we cannot wait to share with you!
La Parroquia

La Parroquia

La Parroquia, Gto. 37793, Mexico

The crown jewel of San Miguel, this church was originally built in the 1600s with a traditional Mexican façade. However, Zeferino Gutierrez added a neo-Gothic façade in 1880 inspired by European churches. With its pink sandstone, La Parroquia is one of the most famous churches in Mexico and a gorgeous landmark to help you get your barings.

El Jardin

Situated in the middle of the city and directly in front of La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel, El Jardin is the town square. Be sure to spend time here people watching, listening to wandering mariachis, eating an ice cream, and getting your bearings before exploring.

Ignacio Ramírez Market

s/n Colegio, San Miguel de Allende, Gto. 37700, Mexico

You MUST visit while in town. Huge, vibrant market with vendors as far as the eye can see! It really gives you a traditional Mexico feel and it's the perfect place to pick up little trinkets to take home.

Juice bar with the most incredible selection of fruit from Mexico and other parts of the world. One of our go to breakfast favorites in Mexico City and it happens to have an outpost in San Miguel!
