Welcome Event - Lake Harriet Bandshell Concert

We're so glad to have you join us for this weekend! This event is totally optional! :) Chris and I will be enjoying a free concert at Lake Harriet Bandshell, and you're welcome to join us! We'll arrive a bit early to set up some picnic blankets and folding chairs, but there are some benches and tables at the Lake Harriet bandshell as well. The lineup for Friday 8/26: ~DJ Shannon Blowtorch ~Performance by Band: Turn Turn Turn ~Followed by movie: Disney/Pixar's Soul (2020) *There are two paid parking lots near the bandshell, otherwise street parking nearby if you're willing to walk a block or two (such as Linden Hills Boulevard). *There is a concession stand called Bread and Pickle if you want to grab dinner, snacks, desserts, or drinks (including beer and wine)! Chris and Jackie's Wedding!

Attire suggestions: Dressy summer wedding :)

Please arrive at 4:30pm for the 5pm ceremony! Parking is available right at the Silverwood Visitor's Center. The ceremony is planned to be brief, but outdoors, so please take the weather into consideration. (Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen might help!) We will have an open bar of beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. (The park prohibits us from serving liquor.) The reception will be indoors. The evening will end at approximately 11pm.
