There's a mix of twin beds, bunk beds and converted kings in the house. There are 6 bedrooms in the lodge next door (upstairs are all bunk beds, downstairs there's a mix of double, queen & twin beds) and 4 bathrooms total. This includes an ADA accessible room. Bunkhouses (Dorm-style cabins with bunk beds)

There are a bunch of bunkhouses on site, they are located next to the dining hall and just down the hill from the house & lodge! Right now we've reserved 1, but we can reserve more if more people express interest. Each bunkhouse has 3 different rooms separated by doors, and each room in the bunkhouse has 6 sets of bunk beds (so 12 beds total in each room). For those staying in the bunkhouses, we'll do our best to arrange it so that you're "bunking" in the same room as your family members, friends, or people that you know. - Nearby to shared bathrooms with showers - Has electricity! :) Cost for lodging & meals: Friday & Saturday (includes Fri dinner, Sat breakfast, Sat lunch, Sunday brunch): $151 per person (+$20 for linens) Saturday only (includes Sunday brunch): $59 per person (+$20 for linens)

Cabin & Platform Glamping Tents (the "Pods")

Cabin & Platform Glamping Tents (the "Pods")

There are two "Pod" areas that are close to the dining hall and ceremony/reception location, and just down the hill from the house & lodge. The restrooms and bathhouses are a short walk from the “Pod” areas. Each "Pod" area has 1 Cabin and 4 large Platform canvas bell tents (glamping tents) There's a big lantern in each of them. In each cabin or glamping tent, there are 3 sets of bunk beds as well as a converted king bed (so 6-7 beds total). A family or group of friends could easily fit inside one of these cabins or tents! No electricity (but we can help you find places to charge devices, etc.) Cost for lodging & meals: Friday & Saturday (includes Fri dinner, Sat breakfast, Sat lunch, Sunday brunch): $133 per person (+$20 for linens) Saturday only (includes Sunday brunch): $50 per person (+$20 for linens)

Tent, Car, and RV Camping

Guests can bring their own tents and there’s a whole meadow they can camp in, or they can camp near the Pod/cabin areas! There’s a parking area for RV and car camping for those who want that option. We can also work with guests who would like to camp but don’t have the gear. (ie RV rental companies, tent + gear rentals, etc) Cost for camping & meals: Friday & Saturday: (includes Fri dinner, Sat breakfast, Sat lunch, Sunday dinner): $117 per person Saturday only (includes Sunday brunch): $42 per person

OFF-SITE: Places near Vernonia

There aren't too many options in the small town of Vernonia itslef, but there are 1-2 of AirBnBs in the Vernonia area (including a large farmhouse). They will likely book up fast, so reserving early is important. If more options in Vernonia pop up we will add them here! Please not that Uber/Lyft is not reliable around the Camp Cedar Ridge area.

OFF SITE: Hillsboro, Forest Grove, or Portland

1) Hillsboro has many options for hotels. We would also recommend the McMenamin's Grand Lodge hotel in Forest Grove- McMenamin's hotels are fun to stay at! The hotels in Hillsboro & Forest Grove are about 40 minutes from the venue. 2) If you'd like to stay in Portland, there are many hotels in the area (see the info in our Traveling to PDX page)- just be prepared for the drive, as the venue is about 50 minutes - 1 hour from Portland! Please note that uber/lyft is not reliable around the Camp Cedar Ridge area.
