Check-in at 3 PM for those staying at the camp. We may have the pool open for a few hours in the late afternoon. Welcome Dinner, drinks and celebration will be in the Dining Hall! We may have an Open Mic after as well as a campfire later in the evening. *All times listed are currently an estimate. Check back for updates*

Saturday Camp Activities (times are tentative- check back for updates!)

Food: Breakfast buffet in the dining hall in the morning, and lunch will be provided at the dining hall as well! Meals are included for those staying onsite. If you're staying off site and want to join for meals please let us know! After breakfast, we'll have some field-day style games. After lunch there will be a scavenger hunt, lawn games, etc. The pool will be open for several hours during the day as well. There are also wooded trails as well as volleyball and basketball courts at the camp. If you'd like to explore, you can also drive 5 minutes into the town of Vernonia. The town dams up the river in the summer to create a small swimming hole that is family friendly and has bathrooms (Dewey Swimming hole). Since its the 4th of July it might be more crowded. You can also bike part of the Banks-Vernonia trail which is close by or do some nearby hiking.

Semi-formal (outdoor) we recommend wearing comfortable shoes because of uneven terrain. For example, dress shirts and slacks, summer suits, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. No need to wear a blazer/jacket if you don’t want to, since it will probably be hot out until the sun goes down!
Time TBD (Will be 4:30 or 4)- Ceremony at the Ampitheater. 5 PM - 10 PM Happy Hour & Reception at the Reception Barn. Dinner will be catered by Verde Cocina. 10 PM We'll move the party to another spot nearby at the camp For those with limited mobility, Camp Cedar Ridge staff have a golf cart shuttle available- please let us know if you need this.

Sunday Brunch and Slip & Slide! (Times are tentative- check back for updates!)

Casual attire- anything goes! If you're doing the slip & slide, wear/bring a bathing suit and sandals!
Camp Cedar Ridge has a giant (we mean giant!) Slip & Slide! This will be open after breakfast and before check out. Bring your bathing suit to brunch (or wear under your clothes) and a towel if you'd like to do the Slip & Slide. You can bring inner tubes/pool floaties if you have them.
