Casual attire
The BBQ welcome dinner is a casual meal served buffet style. A starter of potatas bravas will be served with garlic aioli. Main course meats, including smoked pulled brisket and home smoked chicken legs, will be accompanied by fresh garden salads and homemade sauces. The vegetarian option will be BBQ grilled stuffed peppers with quinoa. Argentinian Dulce de leche mousse will be served for dessert. Open bar from 6:30 - 11:00 pm.
