Kindly RSVP via our website by March 31st, 2025 to make sure you're all set with accommodations and travel arrangements.
We hope you understand our decision to make the ceremony and reception child-free, and take the opportunity to celebrate in style!
Yes, Jack has made a map for all guests highlighting important information about the wedding and the locations of note. This is a different map from the hiking trailhead map for recommended hikes and outdoor activities. See the reference map here (apologies that Zola doesn't allow for hyperlinks): https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1yNF09WBCPqJoOTBvTLfzB3FLp9kNQPw&usp=sharing
Our wedding will be a formal affair, in terms of the dress code. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress during the ceremony and reception. The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, so wider high-heels are recommended. Dress code for the cocktail hour on Friday, and remaining schedule events is a casual. Sunriver is 4,200 ft above elevation, so definitely bring layers as it could be chilly at night.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Mt. Bachelor Lawn, then there will be a cocktail reception right after from 5:00-6:15pm. The reception will begin at 6:15pm in the Great Hall, so be ready to get Buck wild!
Yes, please let us know about your dietary restrictions when you RSVP on our website. We are happy to make accommodations.

Sunriver Resort is along the Deschutes River and adjacent to the Deschutes National Forest. It is located 4,162 feet above sea level. This area is created by volcanic activity, and from the resort you should be able to see 4 volcanos! The Cascade Range created lava beds, lava tubes (see Redmond Caves for more), Volcanic Buttes (Such as where we got engaged), and is a High Desert climate. Bend, where Jack and Amelia live, is considered the outdoor recreation capital of Oregon.
