Since IslandWood is an educational campus, they require attendees fill out a liability waiver with emergency contact information. Please fill out one form for each guest, and make sure to note any dietary restrictions or special requests.
There are four northwest-style lodges on the property with 12-16 rooms each, with a few differences from a standard hotel. Every lodge has a spacious great room with a fireplace and seating for gathering, game-playing, reading, and relaxing. Each lodge also has a communal laundry room, fridge, and wifi. The individual rooms are a variety of bed configurations that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Most rooms have one or two queen beds and one or two bunk beds, so we can handle almost any grouping! Please put any special requests in the Special Requests section of the EventBrite form when reserving your lodging. Each room is outfitted with organic cotton linens, basic toiletries, a closet with hangers, and a private full bathroom with heated floors. The rooms do not have TVs, alarm clocks, hairdryers, telephones, coffee machines, or room service.
IslandWood is known for their food and provides meals made from seasonal, locally sourced, and garden-fresh ingredients. The kitchen operates as a banquet facility with pre-scheduled group meals and bars. FRIDAY dinner, drinks, and s'mores around the bonfire SATURDAY breakfast, lunch, and of course, wedding celebration food (cocktail hour appetizers, dinner, drinks, and desserts) SUNDAY breakfast Snacks and kid-friendly food will also be abundant all weekend.
Pricing is based on occupancy, not room configuration: Base room rate (includes up to two adults): $315/night Additional adult per room: $80/night Additional child (3-12) per room: $50/night Children under 3 free Staying at IslandWood is all-inclusive - it includes all meals, access to the entire campus, and activities for the weekend. No sales tax or hotel tax is applied to guest room lodging.
Islandwood is a 250-acre outdoor learning center and non-profit organization that inspires lifelong environmental and community stewardship. We’ll have exclusive use of the whole campus during our weekend, including the lodges, dining hall, garden, and art studio, and forested trails spanning six different natural ecosystems, treehouses, suspension bridge, and canopy tower.
