Los Angeles is a large city with many distinctive neighborhoods.
The day's festivities will be centered in Highland Park in Northeast LA. The ceremony at the Bob Baker Marionette Theater and Nativo dinner reception are located near each other along York Boulevard.
Hotel options in Highland Park are few and far between, but the neighboring cities of Pasadena and Glendale have a handful of accommodations, including a Sheraton, Hilton, and Holiday Inn.
If you'd like to stay in Highland Park, we suggest going the AirBNB route. There are plenty of hillside places available to book, which come with nice views and a close proximity to cafes, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the nearby neighborhoods of Atwater Village, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Los Feliz, and Silverlake all offer a slice of West Coast charm, and are only a 15-minute drive from HP.
For those who are flying, the LAX airport is about 60-minutes from Highland Park. The Burbank Airport about 20-minutes away.
