L.A. is sometimes rainy and cold in January, other times it's sunny and in the 70s. Regardless, it will get cold at night, so bring a jacket. Parking: Paid public lots and street parking are available in the neighborhood, but we highly encourage you to use a rideshare app if you plan on celebrating.
