Once there you will see across the bottom of the screen where you can select which days you will be joining us, how many guests, where to enter the promo code JSWAUG25XRC and then click CHECK AVAILABILITY. NOTE: the group promo code WILL NOT work with the "SUITES & FLIGHTS PACKAGE", PLEASE BOOK JUST THE ROOM, DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS HERE. The promo code only works for the suite. 3. The available rooms for your dates will appear from lowest suite option to the highest suite option. 4. Once you have decided which suite you would like to book please make sure you include your airfare information, your arrival time, departure time as well as flight numbers. You will receive a confirmation email and in that email there will be a link for you to book your free transfers. 5. When you click add a little window will pop up on the right side of the screen where you then can click on BOOK NOW. 6. The last step will be entering your personal information along with payment information & our Wedding PROMO CODE JSWAUG25XRC in the "COMMENTS" section. Please note the SECURE PREPAYMENT box that states: "The full amount from your reservation will be charged from eight (8) to thirty (30) days prior to your arrival on the credit card provided." So you will not be fully charged for the suite until 30 days out from your arrival date as these are refundable rates that give you until 30 days from your arrival date for free cancellation if anything were to come up!
