We're getting married!

If you ask Jacinda how their love story began it was in a "fight" hahaha! - Sam and I met at Mavericks where he immediately caught my eye, and I stared him down the whole night. I decided that I'd pretend to need to use the restroom just so I could walk by him in hopes he'd stop me and ask me for my name or to dance, sadly Sam never approached me. I was left watching Sam repeatedly go out on the dance floor with multiple women in which annoyed me and made me mad, why didn't he ask me to dance?!?!?! Fast forward to last call and a few tequila sodas later (I gained all the liquid courage!) I decided to take matters into my own hands (are we even surprised by this?), I went up to Sam and before introducing myself the first thing that came out of my mouth was, "Do you have a girlfriend?" and after he confirmed he did not I went on to introducing myself and Sam being the gentleman that he is walked me to my car where we exchanged numbers. I like to say our love story began in a fight before we even met because I was so upset he didn't ask me to dance that night. After a few dates the world was hit with the Covid Pandemic and we found ourselves spending sooooo much time together and really started falling in-love! If you ask Sam how their love story began it started off with him feeling sick (he believes he had covid before covid became an official pandemic a few months later). A friend at the gym asked me if I wanted to go to Mavericks and I said sure why not. After getting to the parking lot and knocking back a couple of Buzz Balls we made our way into Mavericks feeling pretty good. My buddy is an avid dancer and is well known by everyone at Maverick’s, so with that, his many friends would ask me to dance, and I of course said yes. While not dancing I stood back, and people watched as I love to do while drinking my beer. I would see Jacinda walking by back and forth from one corner of the bar to the next. First she seemed as though she was looking for someone, then at times appeared she wanted nothing to do with anyone with her shoulders back and head up high, I thought “ man she must be mad at someone”. I continued to sip my beer and people watch with an occasional dance in between but couldn’t help but watch Jacinda as she walked around the bar. As closing time came, I was finishing up my beer, and lo and behold Jacinda walks up to me looking determined and asked “do you have a girlfriend?” I said nope, as we introduced ourselves. I asked her if I could walk her to her car, and before she left we exchanged numbers. We continued to text for weeks after that night and started hanging out and going to dinner - she would only go to dinner with me Tuesdays after she got off of work because she worked from home on Wednesdays and didn’t have to get up early for her 5am workout LOL (she still doesn’t have to go to the office on Wednesdays to this day LOL). As COVID came we got to spend more time together as we basically quarantined ourselves at home leaving us to become closer and closer. They quickly became close as they quarantined together during the pandemic and soon after Sam asked Jacinda to be his girlfriend, finally! To be fair, Sam assumed they were a couple without having asked Jacinda to be his girlfriend nor having a talk about it, lol! Years and years went on, and on May 30th 2024 Sam got down on knee and popped the question!!!! Sam proposed to Jacinda at Bridal Veil Falls in Utah where of course she said YES!!!!
