Due to capacity constraints at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding to an adults only event. When you retrieve your invitation via Zola, it will list each member of your family/party who is invited.
Yes there is and you are welcome to drive yourself. Space is a bit limited and may require being shuttled up a hill to the actual venue which is why we are providing transportation from the hotels directly to the venue. The shuttle will do pick ups from the hotel from 3:30-4:15 and will do return trips to the hotel from 8:30-11:30.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 and the last shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:15 (with the first at 3:30). We highly recommend coming as early as 3:45 to be able to check out the space and enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage!
Please specify any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
As much as we would like to go to a bar after the reception, Estes Park has very few taxis/Ubers (if any) so we think the safest option for our guests is to go back to the hotel after the reception. That doesn’t mean the party needs to end, we just don’t want any of you stranded in downtown Estes!
We think of it as something nicer than your travel clothes but not so formal as what you will be wearing to the wedding. We'd recommend a fall sun dress or slacks and a blouse for women and for men a polo and pants.
The hike portion of the day is up to you, we have a few recommendations of our favorite hikes on the "Things to do" page or you can also use that time to head into RMNP (reservation required!). Will and I don't expect to make it to the hike part, but plan to meet everyone for hikes and drinks at the Barrel in downtown Estes around noon on Saturday.
