We have reserved a room block from Thursday night (May 28th) through checkout on Sunday morning (May 31st). The DoubleTree in Cedar Rapids is one of the top hotels in downtown and is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive or about a 10-minute walk from the venue. If you are planning to arrive Wednesday night and/or stay through a Monday checkout outside of our set room block dates, please call Kerry Brewer at 319-731-4450. She will do her best to assist with your reservation and see if the room block rate can be applied to those additional nights.
