For our out-of-town guests at the Pennsylvania celebration, we have a block of rooms that can be reserved (must reserve no later than August 14th) and we will have complimentary buses to shuttle you to the event venue! For local guests who would prefer not to drive, we can also accommodate your travel to the venue by bus as long as you meet at the designated hotel (The Residence Inn Scranton, see below).

Philadelphia International Airport
Philadelphia airport is a smidge over 2 hours south of Scranton and one of the more convenient airports to fly into! Most major airlines including Southwest.

Newark International Airport
Also a smidge over 2 hours from Scranton, a convenient and decent option for price comparing with Philadelphia flights. Southwest does not fly here.

Wilkes-barre Scranton International Airport
Probably expensive to fly into, and your connecting flight will be out of Philly anyway. Unless you have a ton of airline points/miles, likely not worth it.
