Ceremony
3:00 pm
Our celebration will be casual/garden party attire. Please, no jeans.
Please arrive no earlier than 2:30pm to the venue. We will want to start the ceremony at 3:00pm. Our ceremony will be held outside, with a stunning view of the Blue Ridge Mountains (weather permitting). If the weather does not cooperate, then the reception will be held within the barn.
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm
Cocktail hour will be held outside the barn, on the covered patio. Please indulge in some light hors d'oeuvres and beverages from Christopher's mobile bar - The Easy Pour. He is extremely proud of his business and we wanted to showcase some of his mobile bars! We will have a selection of Port City beers, 3 signature cocktails, and a small selection of wine. Cheers!
Reception
4:30 pm
We will roll into our reception, inside Renback Barn, after the outdoors cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet style, with dancing to follow. We better see you out on the dance floor! Our venue has a parking lot for the event.* We encourage our guests to car pool, as we will not be providing transportation back to the hotels- so please celebrate responsibly! The drinks are on us, the hangovers are on you. ;) *Cars are not permitted to stay at the venue overnight. Fine or towing fee will be at the vehicle owners expense.
