Sleeping Giant State Park

Rick and Kait always enjoy their time at Escape New Haven. It’s escape rooms that involve cracking codes, puzzles, and solving mysteries, live! Great for groups of friends or families of all ages!

Escape New Haven

We went here on our first real date. Needless to say, we had a blast! One of our favorite restaurants in the state. Rooftop and indoor seating, beautiful either way. This place is certainly, fine dining, at its finest!

Cava

Our favorite food by far. We come here almost every time we come to Wallingford. Mexican food with excellent drinks and even better prices.

Plaza Azteca

This is close to Kait’s high school! Definitely a beautiful walk any time of year along one of Connecticut’s beaches in Niantic, CT.

Niantic Bay Boardwalk

Another one close to Kait’s old high school, the book barn is a lovely little mom and pop shop filled with, you guessed it, books. And a very nice cat!
