Question

What will you and the venue be doing to keep the guests safe from COVID-19?

Answer

First, we have reduced the guest count. We have also sent out the wedding invitations early, giving our guests more time to decide on attending vs not, and make any necessary safety preparations. As far as the safety precautions we will be taking the day of the wedding, the buffet will be staffed so that we our guests will not come into contact with any serving utensils and avoid any potential cross contamination of the hands. Our coffee station will be stocked with disposable cups. Means of hand sanitation will be found throughout the venue. The venue has asked that each guest bring a mask with you, but cannot force anyone to wear it legally this is the responsibility of the individual guests to decide. The tables will be seated for the most part in family units and close loved ones - with the tables spread apart to accommodate distancing. The venue and caterer will be doing all they can for you all to be safe, healthy, and having fun on our wedding day!

Question

What can I do as a guest to keep myself and the others safe from COVID-19 the day of the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you please; 1. Screen yourself ahead of time for symptoms that may indicate you have contracted COVID-19 2. Avoid unnecessary travel outside of the state up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date 3. Do your best to follow all safety regulations the couple and the venue choose to enforce (check back for updates) 4. Any guests that have been vaccinated, we ask that you bring your vaccination card with you to the wedding 5. Check the FAQ page regularly to be prepared for any updates or changes we implement to our safety measures and regulations set for the wedding day All of this we ask to ensure that all of our honored guests feel safe, and also, have fun! Spread love, not germs!

Question

How do I RSVP, and when is it due by?

Answer

Please RSVP by selecting the RSVP tab above. You also have the option to send them through the mail. Whatever method you chose, RSVP’s should be sent in by no later than March 4th, 2021. If we don’t receive anything by then we will assume you will not be in attendance.

Question

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! A child would be someone bellow the age of 21. If by this standard they are a child, we are asking that they do not attend. We will be making no exceptions.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes. If not, we ask for it to be just you this evening, as we have limited capacity with our vendor and have reduced the guest count due to COVID.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Fancy but not too fancy. This isn’t the ball, y’all. Dresses, suits and jumpsuits work! But; no jeans, sneakers or t-shirts please. The wedding is also going to be in the evening in April so please dress accordingly! Layers recommended (outdoor ceremony - indoor reception!) And bring those dancing shoes!

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is at the venue. Parking attendants will be fully staffed for our wedding and will give you further direction when you arrive.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! See the travel tab for more information.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered with Amazon and we have a fund raiser available. Click the Registry tab above to be directed to our registry.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, how do I let you know?

Answer

We’d like you to include this on your RSVP. RSVP’s can be accessed online or via snail mail.
