Lodging at the venue will be first come, first serve basis. Please call and reference our wedding to make reservations! See FAQ for additional info There are 16 "glamping" cabins available (2 loops with 8 cabins each). Each cabin has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning, flat screen TV, leather furniture, and each comes with a golf cart for transporting around the grounds. Cabins can be set up with two queen size beds or one queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds. There are also 2 leather couches in the living room and plenty of room to set up air mattresses. (Technically there is a 6 person maximum for booking purposes, but you may choose to sleep more than that if you wish) There are 25 tent sites, 80 RV sites, and 2 cottages that sleep 12

We have a room block set up in Ellicotville, it is just a 15 minute drive from our venue. ***Please reference “Sam and Dan wedding” to book in the block.*** Rates are $179 for a double queen room and $206 for a single king room and you have up until 3 weeks before the wedding to book (6/8/19).
