Welcome/Rehersal Dinner

7:00 pm

Casual

We would like to include all of our guests who will be staying with us Friday night to join us for a casual rehersal dinner. Details are TBD closer to the date once we get a head count. We are thinking either pizza and wings or doing a pot luck where everyone brings a dish to pass

Our Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

The attire is formal, the grass is soft you may want to re-think the stilettos!

The ceremony will be held at 4:00PM at the lakeside gazebo located outside of the banquet center. Cocktail hour and reception will begin at 4:30PM at the banquet center. There will be a short walk to the wedding reception located at the rec center, however there will be a small shuttle available as well as golf carts for those staying on the premises.

Breakfast

9:30 am

Sunday morning there will be breakfast buffet available to all of those who are registered with a cabin or campsite at the Woods at Bear Creek. If you are not registered to stay on the premises then a pass may be purchased separately.
