Oakland International Airport

While SFO is always an option, Oakland Airport is more convenient for visiting the East Bay. You can take the connector train to BART from OAK as well.

The closest BART stations to Tilden Park are El Cerrito Plaza, Downtown Berkeley, or Orinda. You can take a Lyft from any BART station to the Brazilian Room. If you are driving, Orinda BART station is a great place to leave your car while attending the wedding.

Hotel

Hotel Shattuck Plaza

The bride and groom will be staying at Hotel Shattuck Plaza in Berkeley. We are not reserving a hotel block, as many of our guests live in the Bay or will be staying with family in the Bay. However, you're welcome to make accommodations here if you desire, and perhaps we will see you for breakfast! This hotel is 1 block from the downtown Berkeley BART station.

Travel Note

Parking

There are 75 parking spaces between the parking lot immediately next to the Brazilian Room and those on Wildcat Canyon Rd. If you are driving to the venue, be aware that the roads in the Berkeley hills are narrow and winding. Fog is also possible year round. Please do not drive to/from the venue if you will be drinking. Alternatively, you could park your car at the Orinda BART station, and take a Lyft from there. Please make appropriate travel plans to allow yourself ample time to arrive at the venue during peak Bay Area traffic hours.
