FAQs

The Wedding Website of Becca Medwedeff and Isaiah Tyson
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to match our color scheme; think lavender, sage, emerald, or gold. Beyond that, please wear whatever makes you feel fancy and festive! Dresses of any length, rompers, and pant suits are welcome. We don't care what type of fabric you wear, it could be denim, it could be silk. Wear shoes you can dance in. Ultimately, you will not be turned away regardless of what color or attire you wear, even if you show up in a holographic clown suit. Optionally, if you're not sure where to start, guests may purchase formalwear from Azazie in Lilac, Frosted Lilac, Wisteria, Dusty Sage, Eucalyptus, Emerald, or Gold. (Azazie offers custom sizing at no additional cost!)

Question

Have a food allergy?

Answer

We are planning a menu that accommodates all of our guests dietary needs. The entire menu will be nut free. There will be many Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and/or Meat Free options. For guests with more restrictive needs, separate meals will be prepared. If you have any concerns, please reach out directly to Becca or Isaiah.

Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There are 75 parking spaces between the parking lot immediately next to the Brazilian Room and those on Wildcat Canyon Rd. If you are driving to the venue, be aware that the roads in the Berkeley hills are narrow and winding. Dense fog is also a possibility year round. Please do not drive to/from the venue if you will be drinking. Alternatively, you could park your car at the Orinda BART station, and take a Lyft from there. Guest arrival is at 5pm and the ceremony begins at 5:30pm. Please make appropriate travel plans to allow yourself ample time to arrive at the venue during peak Bay Area traffic hours.
