CVG

CVG Cincinnati Airport is the airport we recommend flying into, you can get good deals if you book early in advance. Please let us know if you plan to rent a car and have extra room to help with carpooling from Cincinnati to the Gorge. The drive to the Gorge is roughly a 2 hour drive of beautiful Kentucky landscapes. *Flying out of Denver or Las Vegas can be another great inexpensive option to Cincinnati. Some airlines offer group booking rates of 10 or more.

Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines is a great airline! Their flights do not show up on your typical search engines but if you go to their website they have really great fares from SLC - CVG ! Give this a try if you're looking for a good deal on a light. Also flying into Chicago is also another economic way to get to CVG airport, if you don't mind a layover.

Lexington

The Blue Grass Airport in Lexington Kentucky, would be a good alternative if you are flying in on Friday May 22nd. This airport is one hour closer to the Red River Gorge and one and a half hours from Cincinnati.

Camping

*CAMPING AT THE WEDDING VENUE* For those who wish to camp, there is plenty of room to pitch a tent at the venue space! We encourage you to bring your own camping gear and connect with nature after a long night of fun! We will have tents available if you want to camp but do not own your own gear. Please let us know personally. We recommend setting up your tent ahead of time before the ceremony begins.* There will be space for campers as well, please park in the designated camper area. *Campers may arrive at 3:30pm to set up.

These cabins are close to Miguels Pizza as well as the wedding venue. *Please review their website for cabin options and call to book your stay.

Red River Retreats is not only for wedding venues but the owners also have a handful of really nice cabin rentals to choose from under rentals on their website. They are also the same owners as Miguels Pizza which is one of our favorite food spots!
