Hannah Deckinger

Maid of Honor

Hannah is the girl who made Rebecca a big sister! Growing up, the two spent their days dancing, playing softball, watching Disney Channel, and creating elaborate pretend worlds together. While they've had their fair share of sibling squabbles (as all sisters do), their love for each other runs deep. Hannah's attention to detail, organizational skills and perfectionist tendencies make her the ideal maid of honor and will help Rebecca immensely in this wedding planning process.

Sarah Deckinger

Sarah is Rebecca’s youngest sister and with nearly eight years between them, Rebecca has had the joy of watching Sarah grow up. Like her older sisters, Sarah fell in love with dance, and it was one of Rebecca’s greatest pleasures to help shape her journey in it. From choreographing Sarah’s very first solo to her final senior year piece, those moments together in the dance studio are ones Rebecca will always treasure. Today, Rebecca and Sarah’s bond continues to grow as they share a love for coffee shop adventures, long walks, crafting, and baking.

Maddie McGarry

Maddie is Rebecca’s oldest friend! The two met in June 2005, the very day Rebecca moved in right across the street from Maddie in California. From that moment on, they were inseparable, spending countless summer nights playing outside with the other kids on their street, creating imaginary worlds and having sleepovers - so much so that their parents often couldn’t keep track of whose house they were at. And throughout the school year, they spent nearly every evening together at the dance studio. Though they parted ways after high school, they always stayed in touch and made the effort to visit each other whenever they could!

Riley Patnode

Riley and Rebecca became fast friends when they met during their freshman year at Purdue University through their sorority. They spent nearly every day together that year and went on to be roommates for the next three. Their sophomore year apartment quickly earned the nickname “Bro Blvd,” a title that stuck through senior year, which was known among friends as a welcoming, loving, and fun place to be. Though they now live far apart, they continue to make the effort to see each other several times a year.

Maria Couvreur

Maria and Rebecca also became fast friends during their freshman year at Purdue University through their sorority. Along with Riley, Maria was part of the "Bro Blvd" squad, and Rebecca loved getting to live with her for three years! The two make a point to see each other multiple times a year - Maria has even pulled off several surprise visits over the years that completely caught Rebecca off guard!

Ali Edwards

Ali is another great friend Rebecca met during their freshman year at Purdue University through their sorority. She and Rebecca lived right next door to each other for two years and loved being able to spend so much time together as close neighbors. Since college, Rebecca and Ali have loved planning adventures to visit each other and their friends all across the country.

Grace Koza

Grace and Rebecca met on a study abroad trip! In May 2019, they spent three and a half weeks exploring the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, forming a deep bond over their shared love of teaching, social studies, and travel. In the summer of 2023, they embarked on another international adventure, this time exploring Greece, Croatia, and Austria. They keep in touch through long text threads, and whenever they reunite, it’s as if no time has passed at all.

Brittany Guerrero

Brittany and Rebecca met through Isaac. At the time, Brittany was dating (now married to!) Austin, one of Isaac’s lifelong friends, and the two first met on a double date to brunch in February 2021. Over the past four years, their friendship has blossomed through group gatherings, double dates, and fun trips with their friend group. Rebecca loves having game nights and discovering new spots around Houston with Brittany!

Ashley Globus

Ashley and Rebecca met when they were both introduced as the “new girlfriends” to Isaac’s close group of high school friends. It was February 2021, Rebecca had just started dating Isaac, and Ashley had recently begun seeing his friend, Sterling. The two instantly hit it off that evening, and their friendship has grown ever since. For two years, they even lived on the same street in Houston, which made girls’ nights, long walks, and grabbing dinner and drinks a breeze!
