Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special moment.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media

Answer

Absolutely - snap away and share the fun!

Question

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is U.S. cocktail/UK Semi-formal. Wear something that makes you feel great and ready to dance and celebrate all night long

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space limitations, we're only able to offer plus-ones to a select few. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be clearly listed on your invitation or on your RSVP profile (either by name or as “Plus One”). If it’s not listed, we’re so sorry - we’re unable to extend an additional invitation at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The Ceremony: Mamaroneck United Methodist Church 546 E Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 The Reception: The Village 4 Star Point Suite 101, Stamford, CT 06902

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to The Village for cocktail hour.

Question

Will transportation be provided between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Please note that transportation will not be provided between the ceremony and the reception. We recommend either taking an Uber - approximately a 25-minute drive, depending on traffic - or using the train. The easiest and most convenient option is Metro-North, which helps you avoid the typical traffic on I-95 North. From the ceremony location, it's roughly a 15-minute walk to the Mamaroneck Train Station. Board the New Haven Line heading towards Stamford. The train ride takes approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Stamford Train Station, the venue is about a 15-minute walk.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venues?

Answer

For guests driving to the venue, complimentary on-site parking is available.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be held inside the Mamaroneck Methodist Church. Following the ceremony, we’ll host a rooftop cocktail hour at The Village, which is outdoors but includes a covered area. The reception will then continue indoors.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

No, we haven’t arranged hotel blocks, but we’ve included some nearby hotel recommendations in Stamford and Westchester on our website for your convenience.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know. We will have food stations with several options available, and we are happy to accommodate allergies.
