Lyft and Uber rates are between $20-25 dollars one-way Ride App vehicles (Uber/Lyft) pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Lyft Picks up in Ride App Zone A Uber Picks up in Ride App Zones B & C Directions to the Ground Transportation Center: Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right. Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you. The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.

After checking in at the counters, proceed to the Rental Car Facility by following the below instructions. Directions to the Rental Car Facility for pick-ups: Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1. Cross Terminal Drive to Terminal Garage 1 (directly across from the terminal building). Once inside the garage on Level 1, turn left and follow signs to Rental Cars. Taxi Information

Taxis pick up in the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Click here for a diagram showing pick-up locations. Directions to the Ground Transportation Center: Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right. Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs marked GROUND TRANSPORTATION will direct you. The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1. From the airport, the meter starts at $9 and the rate is $2.50 per mile. There is a flat rate of $30 to the downtown area and the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center area, plus an additional passenger charge of $2 when accompanying the original passenger and proceeding to the same destination.
