Scott and I met in Ohiopyle after a day of kayaking on the river. Our first date was to the Savage River kayaking and the past 3 years have been a whirlwind of love and laughter on the water and in the woods of Western Pa, West Virginia, and beyond. Here are a few of our favorite photos of our past adventures as we look forward to a future of many more.
Our first date was on the Savage River and we go back every year on the 4th of July release to kayak, camp, and hike!
In 2016 we rafting the 280 miles of the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon over 23 days and we loved each other through every bit of it!
On summer week nights we love to hit the water close to home on the Allegheny River with Ruby, our SUP boards, and a few beers. There really is a ton of great outdoors close to Pittsburgh.
Scott is a true romantic! I came home to find this heart he left in the plaster as he was working on remodeling the kitchen and exposing the brick fireplace.

Our second favorite thing is backpacking, and our favorite place is the Dolly Sods of West Virginia. We look forward to buying land in WV some day to hideaway in the forest more often.
