Accommodations
We have discounted rates and room blocks at The Best Western and The Holiday Inn in Castle Rock from Thursday July 24, 2025 through Sunday July 27, 2025. The hotels are located 25 minutes from both the Welcome Dinner location and Spruce Mountain.
Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding from the hotels, more details found below.

Shuttle
Shuttle for Ceremony and Reception
July 26, 2025 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm
The shuttle will pick guests up from the Best Western and Holiday Inn (the hotels share a parking lot) at 3:45 pm. There are no other scheduled rides to the ceremony. The shuttle will drop guests back off at the hotel leaving from the venue at 10 pm and 11 pm. There are NO Ubers or Lyfts that can be utilized from the venue. If you would like to leave earlier than 10 pm, we suggest renting a car or setting up alternate transportation.
