How do I get to and from the wedding?
Answer
There will be a shuttle picking up from the hotels listed on the Accomodations page at 3:45 pm. The shuttle will leave from the venue at 10 pm and 11 pm and drop off where guests are picked up. There are NO Ubers or Lyfts that will pick up from our venue location, please plan accordingly. If you do not plan to take the shuttle, please plan to drive. No overnight parking is allowed.

Will shuttle transportation be provided for the Welcome Dinner?
Answer
No, shuttle transportation will only be provided to and from the hotels for the ceremony and reception. We suggest Uber/Lyft to get to and from the Welcome Dinner if you do not plan to rent a vehicle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
If you are not taking the shuttle bus, please plan to be arriving at the venue by 4 pm so you have time to drive to the upper ranch, walk to the ceremony site, and find a seat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, please refer to the Accommodations page for hotel blocks! The Cut-Off date for booking the rooms is Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 3 PM MST.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors while reception will be held inside so please dress accordingly.

Is there parking on-site?
Answer
Yes, there is free parking available at the venue. However, there is no overnight parking.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP or as 'Guest'.
