Flight

Reno-Tahoe Airport

Tahoe has a few options for flying into, but Reno is definitely the closest. If you plan to rent a car, you can also fly into SFO, Oakland, or Sacramento and drive to Tahoe. Unlike the East Coast, the drive to Tahoe is normally dry and clear of snow (until you hit altitude, which is about the last 20 miles).

If you fly into Reno, you will also have the option to Uber or Lyft from the airport to the Hotel. *For our Wedding Tasting, Lyft cost one way was $75 for reference.

This is where our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place. Squaw Creek has heated pools (year-round), hot tubs, an ice skating rink, a spa, a fitness center and multiple restaurants on site. If you'd like to rent a car from the airport, feel free to do so! there is much within walking distance to do, but also much to see within driving distance. Whatever your preference is.

Hotel

The Village @ Palisades Tahoe

The Village is a great nearby location to stay. All rooms have fireplaces, are ski-on/ski-off and are located less than a mile to the venue. If you decide to stay at the Village, I highly recommend downloading the Shuttle around Olympic Valley app listed on this page.
