Yes, there is an elevator to take guests to and from the ceremony area to the dinner area. The entire hotel is wheelchair accessible.

For Friday, no dress code, just dress warm :) For Saturday's ceremony & reception, it'll be formal.

COLD! It's winter in Tahoe!!! We are aware of how cold it will be, which is why we've secured multiple fire pits, heaters & blankets. However, since our ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside on a heated patio, please dress accordingly.

Ceremony: outside on a heated patio overlooking the mountain. Ceremony: inside at Six Peaks Grille.

While we love your little ones, our ceremony & reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We will coordinate babysitters ahead of the event as well.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

All events are located within Squaw Creek Hotel - no transportation necessary!

If you decide to not take the shuttle from the Reno airport, there is both valet and self-parking at the Squaw Creek hotel. Please check their website for pricing information.

Yes, head over to the Village and take the Tram up the mountain for some incredible views of the Sierra Nevadas and Lake Tahoe.

How do I get from Squaw Creek to the Village?

Easy. There's multiple ongoing shuttle link to and from Squaw Creek to the Village. You can download the Mountaineer app to request a shuttle or ask a Mountain Host to point you in the right direction on the shuttle pick-up location.
