How do I RSVP?

Answer

There are physical RSVPs that were sent out with your invitations BUT there is also a tab on this website that you can click on and simply add your name and select who will be attending!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be at Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel, in Bella Vista, AR. The reception had to be kept small, so we are doing a small get-together with both families and the wedding party. Even though we aren't having a traditional reception, there will be time to converse, speeches, and a first dance held at the Chapel.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is set to start at 2:30 PM so we politely ask guests to be there no later than 2:20 because doors will be closing during this time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to wear something that is black/dark in color, and it can be semi-formal/ formal. If you have any specific questions or want the bride/groom's opinion, please feel free to contact us!

What if I RSVP late?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by May 14th, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you; however, we need to provide an exact guest count to our venue and any other favors or things we are planning to do with our guests. Therefore, we will not be accepting any RSVPs after the date above.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will most certainly be missed! If you are unable to attend our ceremony, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on your RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find you are unable to make it, please notify the bride and groom as soon as you are aware.

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

If it was not brought to the bride or groom's attention well beforehand, we ask that there are NOT any surprise guests at our wedding.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to NOT have their phones or cameras out during the ceremony as there will be a photographer and videographer hired for the event.

Are childeren welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love your children as much as we love you!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos or videos taken after the ceremony are not shared until the bride and groom have a chance to post about their day themselves.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

No, the ceremony will take place in a beautiful glass chapel that is covered. With that being said it will still be December in Arkansas so snow is not very expected, but it may be cold.

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

It depends on how long you are planning to stay. The ceremony will be in Bella Vista, AR which is 3 hours and 16 minutes from where we currently reside in Ward, AR. The wedding party, bride and groom will be staying in Bella Vista, AR from Friday the 12th in the evening until Monday the 15th in the early afternoon. We will be staying at Courtyard By Marriott Bentonville Rodgers Promenade in Rodgers, AR so please feel free to get a hotel in the nearby area or a room at the same hotel we are staying at. We do have ten rooms blocked so please let the bride or groom know if you want to be on the same floor as them.

Do I have to contribute to the honeymoon fund or buy a gift from the registry?

Answer

Absolutely not! The greatest gift to us is your presence on our special day! If you are willing and able to give any sort of contribution, we would greatly appreciate it.
