MInneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP)

MSP is the easiest airport to get into and will put you about 2 hours from the cabin. Rental cars are abundant and the drive to Chetek is very easy from this location. Other airports in the area include Eau Claire, Duluth, and Lacrosse, but Minneapolis-St. Paul is your best bet.

There are many cabins, Lake homes, boutiques, bed and breakfast, and country homes available in the area. The Cabin is located on the southern end of Lake Pokegama off of Cty Rd D. Reserve sooner than later! Summer at the lakes can get busy sometimes.

Hey all. This is hotel is now full Saturday night but I am trying to steal rooms from other wedding blocks! There are rooms Friday night. Please check out the Rice Lake options as well. This is one of the only hotel option in Chetek. Rice Lake is the next city with additional hotel options. We have 15 rooms blocked at this hotel at $109 a night for a double/queen room for the night of June 11th & 12th. This block hold expires on May 11th. Coming in for a little real Northwoods camping action and want to spend a couple days closer to the wild, then check out your options here. Remember to book early, these areas can become quite popular for the summer. You can throw up a tent for the night at The Cabin. Anything longer or involving a camper/motor home might want to consider this option.

VRBO is another option for renting local cabins and homes. Book early. Always message a place if you can if they are not showing any availability. Sometimes they are not set up for rental yet in June... but they will accommodate if they can.
