What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2.00pm, We kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to start mingling and find your seats :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Standard wedding attire - smart casual, but able to hit the dance floor... As our wedding is in September, temperatures can sometimes dip a bit. Since the reception/cocktail hour and games will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is plenty of room for parking at Gorwell Farm.

I have a food allergy or special dietary requirement; can I make a special request?

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have nibbles and cocktails straight after the ceremony, followed by a hog roast with table wine, unlimited ice cream, teas and coffees, the toast and then wedding cake! In the evening there will be fresh pizzas being served.

What's the bar situation? And is it cash/card?

Answer

Drinks will be provided up until the end of the wedding breakfast. After this, a CASH bar will open.

We need to be out of the barn at midnight.

Do you have a gift list or registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is all that we wish for, but if you do want to give us a gift, we would be grateful for a donation towards our honeymoon! There will be a card box at the wedding.

What's the deal with confetti?

Answer

It's absolutely allowed! However, please be advised that the venue only allows natural/biodegradable confetti.
