Their tradition of catching the latest release (with dinner just before) has been a favorite for years. Beloved by all, especially the family’s furry companions, Clark is known for his thoughtful heart and world-class hugs.

Oh, Kristan—where do we begin? Once Sarah’s college roommate, she’s been lighting up every room since with her unmatched humor and undeniable brilliance. A pediatric traveling ER nurse, Kristan combines heart, hustle, and heroism in everything she does—always going above and beyond for the people she loves. Her friends and family are her world… though her beloved dog, Maya, might just hold the top spot (and honestly, who could blame her?). She was also Sarah’s trusty travel buddy to many of Charles’ college golf tournaments, cheering him on and making memories along the way. Fiercely loyal, endlessly funny, and impossibly smart, Kristan is the kind of friend everyone hopes to have—and Sarah is lucky to call hers.

Fun fact—Charles was actually the first one to greet Russell at the door on his very first date with Alexis. Since then, Russell has truly become family. He’s known for his love of golf, his deep faith, and the way he pours into his family and friendships. Always up for a good conversation, Russell has never met a stranger—earning him the unofficial title of “town mayor.” His magnetic personality and easy charm make every gathering feel a little more complete.

Maddie is Sarah’s sorority little, but more importantly, a lifelong friend and soul sister. Married to Ryan and proud mom to baby Dutton, she’s a PICU pediatric nurse whose heart for children has always mirrored Sarah’s own. The two have bonded over their shared passions—especially their mutual love for lakeside living, cozy moments with their dogs, and browsing every aisle of T.J.Maxx and HomeGoods. Maddie also happens to be a sourdough queen, whipping up recipes that are as warm and comforting as she is. With her generous heart, creative spirit, and steady friendship, Maddie is one of a kind.

JD and Charles go way back—as college golf teammates and roommates, they’ve spent countless seasons (and off-seasons) preparing, pushing each other, and chasing big dreams on the course. Their friendship has only grown stronger over the years, continuing into their professional golf careers. JD is also the one who introduced Charles to his performance coach and friend, Jamie—something Charles and Sarah are incredibly grateful for. Known for his big heart, unmatched discipline for health and fitness, and devotion to his dogs and family, JD is a true teddy bear with a competitive edge and a loyal spirit.

Kylee and Sarah first met when their husbands, Cole and Charles, were college golf teammates and roommates—but it only took one weekend for them to become inseparable. Since then, they’ve shared unforgettable golf trips, endless laughs, and have continued walking through life side by side. Kylee is married to Cole, Charles’ best man, and is a proud new mama to sweet baby Cade, as well as cat mom to Lily and Louie. Her easy friendship, warm heart, and love for her people make her one of Sarah’s most treasured companions—and someone who’s been there through so many special moments.

They went on to play together on both the LocaliQ and Forme Tour, building not just memories on the course, but a true bond along the way. Jack is the kind of friend you can go weeks without talking to, and yet the moment you reconnect, it’s as if no time has passed. He’s genuine, kind-hearted, and always looking out for the people he loves. With his easygoing nature and thoughtful spirit, Jack is a quiet constant in Charles’ life and a true example of what it means to be a loyal friend.
