To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However the deadline is June 21, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. With a destination wedding, we do not recommend booking your travel plans later than 3 months prior. Save yourself some money, RSVP early and book everything in advance!
We recommend arriving in Italy by September 19. We suggest spending your first night in the city you arrive in to give yourself time to adjust to the time difference before the celebrations begin. Our first event is the Welcome Party on September 20, and it won’t begin until the afternoon, so there’s no need to rush that morning. A friendly travel tip: jet lag and international travel can be dehydrating—electrolyte packets can be a lifesaver!
Due to limited space at our little villa, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically be named on the invitation. We kindly ask that only the named individuals on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
As much as we love your little ones, this wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers and videographers capturing the moments for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
Yes, as the Tuscan sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.
