Flights to Rome, IT (FCO)
There are many options for this route, many are direct. If you choose this option, we recommend renting a car or taking the train from the airport to Castiglioncello (Rosignano Marittimo). A drive to Castiglioncello is about 3 hours, a normal train ride is about 3-4 hours with a few train changes.

Rome Airport (FCO) to Castiglioncello (Rosignano-Marittimo)
Trainline offers many options for different train providers depending on the departure location and destination. There are high speed and slow speed options. On average they are about 3 to 4 hours to travel from the Rome airport (FCO) to Castiglioncello (the town train station) due to a stop or two.
Flight
Flights to Florence, IT (FLR)
This route is not direct, most flights will connect through Amsterdam (AMS) or Paris (CDG). Once arrived in Florence, we recommend renting a car or taking the train to Castiglioncello (Rosignano Marittimo). A car ride is about 1.5 hours, a train ride is about 1.5 hours with one change or no changes.
