Please arrive between 3:30p and 3:50p at the Rancho Buena Vista Adobe for reasons listed below. Parking: across the street from the venue at the civic center parking lot Venue Access: from the parking lot, take a short walk to the iron gates of the Rancho Buena Vista Adobe. Follow the markers down a brick walkway. The markers will direct you to an arched wooden door to your left. Continue to follow the markers a short distance to the ceremony site. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Enjoy passed appetizers and a beverage or two! When the reception area is ready to receive guests, the DJ/MC will make the announcement and you are welcome to find your seats.
5:30 pm - 9:45 pm
The remainder of the night, we'll eat, drink, and be merry! Please do your stretches - as soon as we finish eating, our intimate dances and speech portion have concluded, we’ll be dancing the night away!
