Now, please! If you don't RSVP, then bring a chair and a sandwich. Contact John and Amanda if your RSVP changes.
No. Neither family would have agreed to this.
We strongly encourage everyone to be vaccinated and boosted to the extent that they can be. We'd be especially thrilled if you took a Covid test before joining us at the wedding. Several guests have health issues and/or are immunocompromised to varying degrees. This precaution is for everyone's safety and peace of mind while we celebrate.
The movie "Wedding Crashers" was a fictional story, not a "How To".
Masks are not required but they are encouraged for anyone who feels more comfortable wearing one. No judgement! We want everyone to arrive at, enjoy, and get home safely. If you can, please wear a mask on planes, in Ubers, etc. on your way to the event. We'd love it if you could take a test before joining us (tests available for free at www.covid.gov/tests). And we insist that you cancel if you aren't feeling well or test positive - we promise that we'll celebrate with you another time! Hand sanitizer and extra masks will be available.
John's family is Irish. An open bar will be one of the few traditional parts of this wedding.
The ceremony and reception are indoors on the 10th floor of the hotel. We have the entire floor to ourselves so you can spread out, and visit the rooftop pool/bar on the 11th floor for fresh air.
We love your little ones but this is an adults-only affair.
We want you to enjoy your meal so please reach out to John or Amanda ASAP about your dietary needs.
Sure but it doesn't mean that they'll be honored.
The hotel offers valet parking ($15 the night of the wedding). There are also multiple public parking lots in the area - we've used both lots across the street from the hotel without issue.
We will post an announcement here and someone will reach out to you.
Amanda and John will be in the hotel restaurant grabbing brunch around 10 AM. If you can drag yourself out of bed, they'll be happy to have your company!
