Wedding Party

The Wedding Website of Allison Hughes and Justin McGrane
Meet our family and friends who will be walking down the aisle with us!

Kristin Hughes

Maid of Honor

I wouldn't want anyone else to be my maid of honor but Kristin because she is the only sibling that has known me my entire life! She always has my back and supports me no matter what crazy adventures I choose to embark on. Not only is Kristin my sister, but she is my personal stylist fashion queen, foodie extraordinaire, and travel sidekick! I love that I get to spend time with her every time I visit my parents, since she lives in Dallas. If you need any fun ideas while in the DFW are, Kristin can help! Thank you for being my sister!

Tessa Bartell

Bridesmaid

Tessa and I met while attending Asbury University and became close during our senior year as suite-mates in our first apartment. A few years later, she moved to Fort Worth, and not long after, we became roommates in Dallas—cementing a friendship that feels more like sisterhood. We’ve celebrated holidays and birthdays with each other’s families, traveled together, and shared unforgettable ski trips with her aunt and uncle. I had the honor of standing by her side as a bridesmaid in 2023 when she married Shane. Now, Tessa, Shane, and their beautiful daughter Lillian live in Virginia Beach—but soon, they’ll be heading to California as Shane continues his service in the Navy. We miss you here in Texas, but you’ll always be part of our family.

Molly Lopez

Bridesmaid

Molly and I met during my freshman year at Asbury University when our friend groups merged—and before long, we became close friends. We eventually roomed together our senior year, and that’s when the real adventures began! From road trips to Texas and Thanksgiving in Spain to standing beside each other as bridesmaids, Molly has become like a sister to me. Justin and I have loved visiting her, her husband Sam, and their son C.J. in Miami, Florida. I’m still praying for the day we’ll live closer, but until then—mi casa es su casa!

Kendra Hughes

Bridesmaid

Kendra has been part of the Hughes family for over a decade! She, my brother John, and their son August live just outside of Detroit, Michigan. I first met Kendra at a college party when I visited John at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I remember thinking how fun she was to be around and how lucky my brother was to have such a sweet friend. They weren’t dating at the time, but sure enough, they started dating the next semester—and I’ve loved her like a sister ever since!

Hannah Hughes

Bridesmaid

I met Hannah when I visited my brother Matthew during his freshman year at Texas A&M. At the time, Matthew had a huge crush on her—and sure enough, just a few months later, they started dating. The rest is history! Hannah officially became my sister-in-law in 2021 when she married Matthew. I love that we share a sense of adventure, a passion for helping others, and a deep loyalty to our friends and family. I’m so thankful to call you my sister.

Ashleigh Kaminsky

Bridesmaid

Ashleigh is Justin’s older sister and my soon-to-be sister-in-law! Over the past 5 years, it’s been such a joy getting to know Justin’s family while exploring the beautiful corners of New England. Visiting the Boston area is always a highlight—Ashleigh is so thoughtful and always has something fun planned! She and her husband Greg have two adorable children, Ryan (5) and Charlotte (3), who will be our ring bearer and flower girl. I feel so lucky to be gaining such a wonderful sister!

Steve Sonnier

Best Man

Steve and I met in the cafeteria at Colorado State University and later connected through Chi Alpha, a Christian organization where he served as a small group leader. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado and is known for his charisma, deep care for others, and the way he consistently leads by example. Steve has always been a role model and a steady, uplifting presence in the lives of those around him—which is why I’m honored to have him standing beside me as my best man.

Greg Kaminsky

Groomsman

Greg is my brother-in-law, but over the years, he’s truly become more like a brother. He and my sister Ashleigh live in Natick, Massachusetts with my nephew and niece, Ryan and Charlotte. We’ve bonded over our shared love of movie quotes, sarcastic humor, and all things New England sports.

Rory Schulte

Groomsman

I met Rory while attending Colorado State University, where we were roommates—and that’s how our friendship began. He’s originally from Fort Collins and still calls it home. Rory is always up for an adventure, loves staying active, and has been a loyal and dependable friend over the years.

Daniel Cressman

Groomsman

Daniel and I have been great friends since our days at Valor Christian High School. I’ve always admired his focus, dedication, and the way he gives his all to everything he sets his mind to. He now lives in California with his fiancée, Torrey, and I’m so excited to have one of my oldest and closest friends standing beside me on our wedding day.

Jarryd Bates

Groomsman

Allison and I met Jarryd during our first year living in Austin, and he’s been a faithful friend ever since. Although he now lives in Alaska, we’ve stayed close and always look forward to the times we get to spend together. We’re incredibly proud of Jarryd as he prepares to serve our country in the Army National Guard this fall. While he won’t be able to attend the wedding, we’re honored to have him as an honorary groomsman.

John Hughes

Usher

John is my younger brother by two years, and he’s always been full of energy and creativity. He and his wife Kendra, along with my nephew August, live in Michigan. His passion and talent for art and music have always amazed me. To say I’m a proud big sister is an understatement—it’s been such a joy to watch him embrace fatherhood this past year.

Matthew Hughes

Usher

Matthew, my younger brother by eight years, brings our family calm, wisdom, and witty humor. His musical and creative talents never cease to amaze me, and despite being the youngest, he carries a wisdom well beyond his years. He and his wife Hannah live in NYC and are living their best lives in the Big Apple.

Cato McKenzie

Usher

Cato and I became fast friends on a backpacking trip just before our freshman year at Asbury University. Through all of college’s ups and downs, he has been my most loyal friend and has truly become the older brother God knew I needed. A proud U.S. Air Force Major, Cato recently retired and is now a pilot for United Airlines in Houston, TX. He and his wife Hannah have been my dear friends for nearly two decades and are the proud parents of four beautiful children Everett, Fletcher, Emilia, and Clara.
