Airport & Transportation Options

We highly recommend flying into Rome (FCO) as it is the closest airport to our venue. After your arrival, there are a few transportation options to Tuscania: - Car Rental: An estimated 1.5 hour drive from FCO Airport; if you choose to drive, please remember to apply for an international drivers permit (IDP). You can do this through AAA via mail or in person at select locations. - Train: An estimated 3 hour journey; $13/passenger from Fiumicino Aeroporto (FCO) to Viterbo Porta Romana. From there, you can either grab a taxi, rental car (if you choose) or a bus for the 30 minute drive to the villa.

Travel Note

Returning to the United States:

When you chose to travel back to the United States, we highly recommend the MPC mobile app. This was created by the United States Customs and Border Control to help expedite the customs process when re-entering the US. This secure app allows you to pre-fill documentation when you land in the US and gives you access to shorter customs lines - similar to Global Entry.
