To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children during all wedding events and associated activities.
Yes, please plan to dress in formal attire on our wedding day. We recommend a suit and tie for the gentlemen and floor length dresses for the ladies. If you are not in the wedding party, we kindly request no tuxedos for the men and no white or dresses in shades of pink on our wedding day. During the rehearsal dinner, we kindly request semi-formal summer attire; think Italian garden party and breezy linen materials!
Due to our venue size and accommodation restrictions, we have set aside a small amount of seats for our closest friends and family. Please refer to your invitation and RSVP card for the number of seats we have reserved for you.
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony due to our preference as well as the contract requirement we have signed with our photography team. We kindly request that you do not utilize your personal devices to take photos, especially during our ceremony- we have an amazing photography team to do the heavy lifting for us so we can all enjoy the day in Italy together!
Our ceremony and reception will be taking place at our beautiful wedding villa - Abbazia di San Giusto. This incredible venue is a 12th century restored Cistercian monastery that is also the home to an organic farm that produces herbal extracts and essential oils. We hope you fall in love with it as much as we have.
Our wedding ceremony will take place inside the medieval chapel on the monastery grounds, our reception and cocktail hour will be held outdoors that evening - weather permitting.
We want everyone to enjoy the destination and explore! However, we do kindly request the presence of all our guests at our wedding festivities including our welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner & wedding day. We will have an optional brunch the morning after our wedding that we would love everyone to attend, but please let us know if you don't intend to come when you RSVP.
