Welcome Party!

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Recommended attire: clothes you'd wear to a backyard BBQ (nothing too fancy), and shoes you can get competitive in! Bring a raincoat just in case. Wear whatever is comfortable for hanging outside and playing some HIGHLY competitive games, but if you need inspiration, check out our Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/1ywMeV5iu

We're excited to welcome all of our guests with summer camp-style games, canoe races, relays, and a casual BBQ dinner. We plan to be lakeside in a large outdoor gazebo, with a nearby taproom for beverages and an indoor hangout space. Bring your team spirit and get ready to have some fun! *For anyone driving to the Welcome Party, please park in the Keystone Conference Center lot, across the highway. There's a pedestrian tunnel that will take you to Keystone Lake, and the party! Please let us know if you have any mobility issues so we can help organize a closer drop-off.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We're excited to celebrate with everyone at our mountain-top ceremony and reception! The journey to our venue will take you up two gondolas. The first one (River Run Gondola) departs from River Run Village and the second gondola (Outpost Gondola) will take you from the summit of Dercum Mountain to our venue, Timber Ridge Lodge. Transportation from Keystone Lodging Properties to River Run Village will be provided. Shuttles will be leaving lodging locations around 3:30 pm. Please be prepared to load the River Run Gondola no later than 4:00 pm. For the pre-gamers amongst us, the River Run Gondola is open to the public, and you can load it early to enjoy the views, yard games, and bar at Summit House before the ceremony. You'll need to load the Outpost Gondola to our venue no later than 4:30 pm. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!
