Hotel Info

Minerals Hotel & Grand Cascades Lodge are the two hotels that make up Crystal Springs Resort. They are 10 minutes apart (driving, not walkable). Many amenities are shared and open to guests across properties, but please note that (outside of our wedding day shuttle) there is no transportation provided between the two. There is a 3.75% credit card transaction fee across the resort. Adjoining rooms available upon request by phone reservation. Check-in: 4pm | check-out: 11am. Early check-in may be requested upon arrival but is not guaranteed. Booking instructions

Room blocks expire August 31st. Please use the button below to book your rooms, or you can call 866-921-0422 and ask for the Horiuchi-Mayr block. Reservations are fully cancellable up to 7 days before your stay begins. Block rates will be honored for your entire stay, but phone reservation may be required if booking any additional nights besides Fri/Sat. Please notify us if the room of your choice is not showing up as available so we can attempt to resolve any issues with the hotel directly.

This is where the couple is staying and where the wedding day events will be held. We secured a discounted room block: "Deluxe" (2 queen beds) @ $189/night (est $245 after taxes & fees); and "Luxury" (1 king bed) @ $229/night (est $296 after taxes & fees).

Grand Cascades Lodge

This is the resort's main property with enhanced accommodations & amenities - a 10-minute drive from Minerals Hotel. We secured a discounted room block: "Premium" (2 queen beds) @ $319/night (est $413 after taxes & fees); and "Suite" (1 king bed) @ $419/night (est $542 after taxes & fees). Transportation will be provided to/from Minerals Hotel for wedding events.

Quality Inn near Mountain Creek

We want to acknowledge this budget-friendly option nearby but also wish to be transparent that no transportation will be provided to/from this hotel, Uber/Lyft may not be consistently available and these mountain roads are not designed with lighting or walkways for a safe trip by foot. We apologize for the inconvenience and recognize the investment you are making to be present for our big day.
