The High Line
Old elevated train tracks that have been turned into a park! A gorgeous way to spend an afternoon. We recommend starting at 34th Street and walking all the way down to the Meatpacking District.
Little Island
One of NYC's newest attractions-- a man-made island in the Hudson River! A nice place to visit if you've just walked the High Line, and there is a winery next door if you need a snack and a drink!
Brooklyn Bridge
Nothing nicer than a stroll across the Brooklyn Bridge on a sunny day.
Staten Island Ferry
Free ferry ride past the Statue of Liberty-- and there's a bar on board! Just don't think that you'll want to actually spend time on Staten Island... we recommend taking the next ferry right back to Manhattan!
Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company
The best bagels in NYC! Matt always gets an Everything Bagel with cream cheese and tomato, and Lindsays loves a Sesame Seed Bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese. But there are tons of options so feel free to choose what looks best to you!

Want to visit a craft brewery while you're in Astoria? SingleCut is one of the best in NYC! (And it happens to be where our officiant, Jerzy, worked for many years.)

Whether you want to head up to the observatory to check out the views, visit the stunning 9/11 Memorial, or go shopping in the Oculus Center, it's one place in NYC you must go if you've never been.
