We live in a one bedroom loft downtown so we don't have a lot of space, which is why we have a blend of items we would like to upgrade and money towards items we would like to buy to have fun or make our lives better (e.g. a washer and dryer so we stop having to make trips to the laundry mat or downstairs to the laundry room). We also want to be green by keeping items we already have if they are good enough for us to continue to use through our lifetime.
