Maid of Honor
I've known Elizabeth my whole life. She's basically the reason I'm here; wanting just one sister in a house of only brothers. We grew up as most sister's do arguing and disliking each other (by the way it was never my fault.) Eventually over the years we found we are practically the same person. I'm happy to be a part of Elizabeth's big day and couldn't have asked for a better sister.

Liz and I met our freshman year of undergrad at Otterbein University through softball and we haven't looked back since! Our friendship grew through dying from softball conditioning, numerous Just Dance marathons, developing our line dancing skills, surviving our honor's thesis, and living together senior year. After undergrad, we stayed close when Liz left the Columbus area for grad school. Thankfully she didn't go too far, which allowed Dave and I to introduce her to Zack!

I would like to start off by saying that I could talk about my friendship with Liz and all the memories we have shared for hours so putting this into a few sentences was a struggle. Liz and I met while playing softball at Otterbein University. Although a large majority of our time was spent on the softball field, the memories I recall the most happened off the field. My favorite was probably the time Liz and I were a part of the most EPIC spring break skit. Liz sang a beautiful solo and I shined the stage with my sarcasm. We ate dinner in the commons, rode roller coasters at the Fortress, "studied" in the library and showed off our dancing skills at Nyhos. I am so thankful that Liz and I have continued our friendship and feel so lucky that I get to stand by her side on her wedding day.

My name is Chelsea Burden. I've known Elizabeth since elementary school. We grew up playing sports together at Hardin Elementary. She was a year ahead of me in school, so once I entered high school we became teammates, but then best friends. Our friendship went from being warm-up partners to having slumber parties, loitering in Wal-Mart, toilet papering teachers, and being each other's person. I am so happy Elizabeth has found Zack to spend the rest of her life with and I am so privileged to be asked to be part of their special day.

My name is Heather Beckwith. I’ve known Liz (aka My Roomie) since our freshman year at Otterbein. Through all of our late night chats during the three years we lived together, playing softball, nights out line dancing (and ordering numerous cups of sweet tea and water from McDonalds because we were dying afterwards), Just Dance battles where some injuries were endured, and random shopping trips in between classes where we spent way too many hours taking pictures in silly outfits, Liz became one of my best friends! I couldn’t imagine life without the weird girl in the faded red visor, and am so excited to stand next to her as she starts this new life adventure with Zack!

Liz met Addie in college through Casey Hammond. They lived together at "The Hulk" their senior year and have been buds since! :)
Best Man
My elder brother always kept my childhood fun. From the two of us playing Madden 2004, to letting me play games that our mother would have killed me at the time for playing, its helped us be close since we were little. And of course there’s memories of playing basketball and rough housing, but we all know the size difference never did me any favors!

Having known good ol’Zackary since kindergarten, he’s one of my oldest friends. We’ve had our fair share of shenanigans together including some moonlit adventures and late night gaming parties at our friend Caleb’s house. Upon finishing undergrad, I had the stunningly good fortune of living with Zack for a time. I got a few great opportunities to change Zack’s life forever including teaching him how to make delicious chicken corn chowder and introducing him to his soon-to-be wife. He is one of my very best friends, and I’m lucky to know him.

I have known Zack for such a long time, that i honestly do not remember exactly how we met. I do however remember countless recesses on the swing-set talking everything under the sun. Halo parties, Thomans IGA, pleasure reading in grade school instead of paying attention to the lectures, and everything else we did growing up, i got to experience with Zack first Hand. We even moved out of our home town together for school in Columbus. I have had countless adventures with this goofy man, and i am excited for the ones yet to come.

I honestly find it difficult to imagine a time in my life when Zack and I weren't friends. We met in elementary school, but really began to forge a bond during little league. We were both really, solidly, stunningly...average players. Thankfully, we both had video games to fall back on, and boy, did we fall back on those. Nearly every weekend, a whole gang of us could be found staying up late into the night flinging juvenile curses and virtual bullets each others' way. I have greatly valued Zack's friendship through all of our years together. His steadfastness and calm approach to life has been a continual boon for me and one I know I can always rely on. These last few years of having Liz around has been great to see him -- and them -- grow together and bring out the best in each other.

I've known Liz longer than I can remember, but that's what happens when you're a younger brother. We both ended up moving to the Columbus area for college. I was able to meet some of her friends during the years we lived near each other. It was at a gathering at one of Liz's friend's house that I first met Zack. I had no idea at the time that I would eventually travel to Georgia to see him, share a table during the holiday dinners, help him move to Virginia, lose to his family in Fantasy Football, and gain a brother in-law.

Most of my time with Zack has been spent sitting. We sat together in classes and at lunch. We sat around tables playing cards or board games. We'd sit in front of TV screens watching movies, or more likely, playing video games. Then came college. We had matured since high school, so now we sat around a fireplace discussing the loftier questions of life... Or we still sat around playing video games. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the time we spent sitting on buses. Being in marching band together was a blast. Away games were fun, because it meant more time to hang out. We also sat together on our jr. high trip to D.C. During the ride, he let me listen to Scatman John on his MP3 player. And darn it, if that doesn't make Zack one of the best friends a guy can have, I don't know what would.
