DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore

We have a limited hotel block set up at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston North Shore, and will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue and this hotel. Please note: If you book your room for just Sunday night as part of the wedding block, the hotel will do everything possible to get your room ready for an early check-in at 3 pm, however this cannot be 100% guaranteed. If you absolutely need an early check in on Sunday, you will need to book a room for the night before. If our Saturday night hotel block is full and you feel you need this, please reach out to us and we can help connect you with our Group Sales manager so you can potentially still get the discount.

Shuttle

Shuttle: Hotel to Venue

August 17, 2025 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

The shuttle service will begin at 3:30 pm to transport guests staying at the DoubleTree Boston North Shore to the Venue. The pick-up location will be at the Atlantis Entrance of the hotel (on the left side of the hotel, not the main entrance!) and will be provided by Salem Trolley (so you should be looking for a green and red trolley bus).

Shuttle: Venue back to Hotel

August 17, 2025 8:30 pm - 10:15 pm

The shuttle will begin making rounds to transport guests back to the hotel at 8:30 pm, for those who want to turn in early. It will run until shortly after the reception ends at 10 pm.
