What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are not taking the provided shuttle from the Double Tree Northshore Hotel, please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to get parked and settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please note any food allergies and restrictions in your RSVP, or reach out to us directly, so we can ensure that you have a meal that meets your dietary needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Will any transportation be provided?

Answer

There is parking for about 50 cars on site. If you are staying at the Double Tree North Shore Hotel, a shuttle to the venue will be provided (see travel section for details). If you are staying at the hotel, we strongly encourage you to use the shuttle so that the parking is available to local guests, guests who cannot physically access the shuttle, and guests who know they may need to leave earlier than 8:30 pm.
